CHRISTIAN WITNESS
CAMPAIGN CONTINUED SPECIAL MEETINGS TO-DAY Special church services were held yesterday as part of the week's campaign of Christian witness which is being held in Auckland. The attendances at some of the evening services suffered owing to the wet weather, but those conducting the campaign were well satisfied by the spirit of enthusiasm displayed at all meetings. The campaign will be continued throughout the week and several large meetings have been arranged for to-day. There will bo special meetings for women in several districts this afternoon and a number of men's rallies will be held this evening. Dr. J. J. North will address a combined men's meeting at the Beresford Street Congregational Church this evening.
