ART UNION CLOSING DATE
Art Union No. 18, which is being conducted to benefit the Mayors' distress funds in the four main centres, will close on Saturday next. The total prize-money amounts to £4OOO in alluvial gold. As tho existing legislation governing the control of art unions prohibits the extension of closing dates, tickets in Art Union No. 18 will not be obtainable after Saturday.
