MOVE IN AMERICA BUSINESS LEADERS' PLAN STIMULATION OF INDUSTRY IMPORTANT PROPOSALSBy Telegraph—Pres3 Association—Copyright (Beceivcd August 28, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 Business leaders in the United States have adopted a six point plan to create new employment after having heard the President, Mr. Hoover, say; "The major financial crisis has been overcome." Tho plan is to increase employment on the railways; to stimulate industry through tho expansion of the maintenance and equipment of the railways; the purchase of new equipment for industries to replace obsolete and worn out equipment; work sharing; and the repair and building' of homes. A hint is given that tours of labour may be shortened.
