DEFEAT BY KENT ANOTHER MATCH BEGUN (Received August 28, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 27 The Indian cricketers to-day scored 152 runs against Sir Julian Gahn's eleven, who replied with 258 for five wickets (Maswell 81, Newman 59 not out). In the match against Kent yesterday, although the Indians required only 145 runs to win, with all ten wickets intact, the county won by 58 runs. Freeman took six wickets for 69.
