CONFERENCE AT ROME ECONOMICS AND FINANCE (Received August 28. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Aug. 27 A non-political international confererrte is to be held at Rome in November to discuss the European economic and financial crisis. It has received the approval of the Italian Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, but no Italian Ministers have been invited. The British representatives probably will include Mr. Lloyd George, Mr. Winston Churchill, Sir Austen Chamberlain and Sir Eric Drummond, formerly Secretary-General of the League of Nations.
