RUSSIAN PEASANTS' ACTION FEAR OF SEIZURE BY SOVIET (Received August 28, 31.45 p.m.) BUCHAREST, Aug. 23 Fearing that Iho Soviet authorities would seize their livestock, many peasants in Southern Russia have slaughtered their animals in preference to others benefiting from their industry. Some peasants already have been sentenced to death for obstructing , the socialised plan.
