Tho headmaster of tho school, Mr. W. H. Moyes, and the president of tho Old Boys' Association, Mr. Gordon Fraser, travelled specially from New Plymouth to attend tho gathering. Mr. E. Boulton, president of tho Auckland branch, presided over an attendance of 50 old boys. In replying, Mr. Moyes described, for the benefit of those unable to attend the jubilee reunion last Easter, the various changes made at the school in recent years. He stressed the point, however, that a school did not consist merely of grounds "and buildings, and gave an assurance that the old school spirit still flourished. Mr. Moyes expressed his thanks for the continued interest shown in the school by the old boys, and expressed his pride at being able to find in Auckland, Wellington, and various other centres in the Dominion strong branches of tho Old Boys' Association. His ambition was to have the pleasure of teaching a second generation of boys, and ho invited old boys with sons to help hirn to realise that aspiration. Other toasts honoured were:—"The Masters," proposed by Mr. J. J. K. Terry, responded to by Mr. R. Wilson; "The Parent Association," Mr. O. W. Bayly—Mr. Gordon Fraser"Kindred Associations," Mr. C.
