MOTORIST CHARGED
ALLEGED INTOXICATION An allegation that hp had been found in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor-truck in New North Road, Mount Albert, on Friday evening, .was made against Leonard Charles ■ Vincent, aged 48, turncock, in the Police Court on Saturday. At the request of his solicitor accused was remanded until to-morrow, bail of £SO being renewed by the magistrate, Mr. W. li,. McKeau.
