WALL POCKET
This jolly little wall pocket shown here is intended to hold letters, papers, etc., and is a useful little article that any girl could make. If you look at figure 1 you will see how it should be cut out. On the' flat pattern fold down the dotted line so that A falls on C, and B on D. You will notice between the two pockets a narrow strip of material is cut away., If you intend to ornament the pockets it is'best to do so before you join the
whole, up; you could work a spray of fruit/ or flowers as shown, or leave it, plain if you prefer. Complelo by blanket stitching around each edge, and sew a ring at the toji to hang it up by, as shown in figure 2.
