BLIND MAN'S TRAGIC DEATH

FALL OF 55 FEET INTO MOAT A young blind man, Edward Francis Slaughter, was found dead at the bottom of the outer moat at the Western Heights, Dover, recently. He was 24 years old, and was well known in Dover as a piano tuner. He was accustomed to walk about the streets quite safely with a stick to test his direction, and usually found his way without difficulty to any part of ttfe^town.
