[from OUR OWN correspondent] NORFOLK ISLAND. July 19 Captain C. R. Pinney, M.C., tho newlyappointed Administrator of Norfolk Island, accompanied by Mrs. Finney, has arrived from Sydney. A welcomo social and reception was tendered by tho Church of England residents on Norfolk Island to the assistant-Bishop of Melanesia, the Uev. .1. 11. Dickenson, MA. As tho bishop is himself an old Scout the Scouts and Girl Guides wero well represented. Mr. Stanley (Badd) Quintal, who was seriously injured on Anzac Day, was discharged from the hospital last week.
