LOWER AUSTRALIAN LEVY MELBOURNE, July 3» Because of the-greatly increased production of butter throughout Australia tlio Dairy Produce Export Board has decided to reduce the levy upon producers for expenses of administration by 2d per cwt. on butter and Id per cwt. on cheese.
