WASHINGTON ENCAMPMENT EVICTION STEPS CONSIDERED WASHINGTON, July 27 Tho Federal authorities at Washington are seriously concerned over tho remnant of the " Bonus Army " —returned soldiers from all parts of America who marched on the capital to enforce payment of promised war gratuities. Tho men are encamped on Government property hero. The authorities to-day considered a course of procedure to evict tho men, embracing tho possibility of martial law as a last resort.
