STRIFE IN CHINA
ATTACK ON A TOWN REPULSED WITH LOSSES (Received Duly 28, 5.8 p.m.) TOKIO, July 27 It was reported to-day that 700 members of a Chinese volunteer corps attacked Suichung, a town between Chinchow and Shanghaikwan. They were repulsed, leaving over 200 dead, aftqr very Bevero fighting. In the Japanese garrison six were killed.
