REMUERA CROQUET CLUB
The annual meeting of tlio Rcmuera Croquet Club was held in the pavilion, Market Road', oil Monday. The reports of committees were presented and showed a very satisfactory* season. Conveners, were congratulated and a vote of thanks was passed to the retiring president and. committee. Special thanks were accorded the retiring secretary for her untiring efforts on behalf of the club during the past three years. Tlio election of officers resulted as follows :—President, Mrs. R. .T. Lusher; vicepresidents. Mcsdames Davis - and O'Connor; secretary, Miss L. Wright; treasurer, Mrs. J. Wooller; general committee, Mcsdames Mahonev, Daniels, Webber. Coltman, Burrett and Allan; sports committee, Mesdanies Lowe, Burrett, Bray and Allan; ground committee, Mcsdames Wooller, Daniels, Peacockc and Bray; tea committee. Mcsdames Davis, Mahonoy, Daniels and Henrys; delegates, Mcsdames Lowo and Miss L. Wright.
