NEW LONDON CENTRE " FINEST IN THE'WORLD" : Prior to his departure for Canada by; the Niagara yesterday, Sir Frederick Menzies, "Chief Health Officer to the London County Council, referred to the stepi being taken in England to form an lmpcrial Post-graduate Medical School. "The intention," said Sir Frederick, "is to establish in London what I hops will be the finest post-graduate medical school in the world. A serious attempt w yi be made to provide for the needs, in particular, of the men and women from the Dominions and colonies, so as to render it unnecessary for them to go to th«. medical Schools in, such places as the United States or the wcll-khown medical schools of Europe, like Vienna, Paris and Berlin. From what I have heard during my tour, ai move of that nature sh&uld be extremely popular in the Dominions."Sir Frederick said jt was expected that the London school would be an established fact by the end of next year. f
