(2) To divert under authority of Section 47 of thp Finance Act, 1929. the sum of £2IOO from the Relief of Unemployment Loan, 1931 (£29,250), authorised for Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Tamaki Drive, and being an unexpended balance of such Loan and now required to be used for the purpose of carrying out the work referred to in Clause (1) above.
