NAZI TRIUMPH.
PRESIDENT'S LAST DECREE. STATES* SOVEREIGN RIGHTS. Times Cable. LONDON. June SO. The Berlin correspondent; of the Time# says the latest decree of the President, Marshal von Hindenburg, against political disorders is a, Nazi triumph. It admits the sovereign rights of the German States, but requires the immediate enforcement of the previous decree granting political organisations freedom to demonstrate and wear party untiforrns. The Governments of the States may forbid open-air meetings and processions, but only in specifically limited areas.
