Tho following are the material provisions of the Lease:—Term: Lessee to have the alternative of a fifty years'" lease with increase of rent by 50 p.c. at tho end of the first 25 years, or of a leaso for 21 years, renewable for three terms of 21 years (making 8-1 years in all); lessee to have tho option of tho rent being fixed by valuation at tho end of each, 21-year period, or of the new lease being put up to public auction.
