OUTRAGE BY SOVIET TROOPS. More Mian one hundred peasants who were cc'rbrating the Greek Orthodox Easter by chanting psalms in the vil lage of Nubasari, on the banks of the Uiver Dniester, says the Vienna corres poudeui of the Daily Express, were mass acred by a squadron of Soviet cavalry. Eye witnesses on the Rumanian shoie of the river state that the cavalry charged into the praying peasants, scattering them with their sabres. A machine gun was then turned on the villagers, who fled to their homes, leaving the river bank strewn with dead and dying.
