BIICKLAND CLUB'S YEAR. [from our own correspondent.] PIJKEKOHE, Friday. The Buckland Bowling Club held its annual meeting cit liuckland last evening, tho president, Mr. Wright, presiding over a good attendance oi members. It was reported that, largely through Mr. Wright's generosity in donating £25 to the club's funds, liabilities amounting to £SO had been wiped out, while the club still had assets to the value of about £SOO, and £lB in cash. The following oflicers were elected: — President, Mr. E. Allan: vice-presidents, Messrs. J. Danes aud Heridry; secretary, Mr. J. C. Wiggins; treasurer, Mr. H. Harrison; green superintendent, Mr. R. Wright; committee, Messrs. R. Fulton, IT. Short, A. Steele, T. Holland; selection committee, Messrs. Bullock. Butcher and Martin Wylie; delegate to the Auckland Centre, Mr. A. C. Tomkin; delegates to the Northern Waikato Bowling Association, Messrs. R. Wrignt and R. Fulton; honorary auditor, Mr. J. H. Wyatt.
