MOVE FOR REGISTRATION. PROPOSED BILL SUPPORTED. The annual meeting of tho Auckland Poultry-keepers' Association was held on Thursday evening. Members regretted the decision of the president for the past four years, Mr. A. Wood, to relinquish office and many tributes were paid to him for hi si unremitting efforts on behalf of the association. The proposed Poultry Registration and Development Bill was thoroughly dis cussed. Members, in close touch with the marketing side of the question dealt with the absolute necessity for thorough organ isation of poultry-keepers.
