BODY IN A CREEK.

RESIDENT OF GREY LYNN. Shortly before noon yesterday the body of Mr. Eugene Maguire, aged 50, married, a painter, whose home was at 7, Stanmore Road, Grey Lynn, was found in Cox's Crock just above the bridge in West End Road. Mr. Maguire had recently been on relief work, but on Monday morning left his home at eight o'clock to work at his trade at a house in the district. He worked during the day, but did not return to his home in the evening. An inquest will be opened by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., coroner, this morning.
