Tiio Japanese command at Shanghai is evincing sonic anxiety about, recent movements of Chinese troops south of Soochow Creek. Tito Japanese have issued a statement pointing out, that the Chinese have refused to continue (lie peace negotiations and at the same time are making troop movements. They say these are evidences of a lack of sincerity which may turn the present suspension of pourparlers into a definito breach, the responsibility for which will lio with the Chinese.
