INTRODUCTION TO-MORROW. SOME PREDICTED CHANCES. LONDON. April la. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, has completed the. plans for his Budget, which will Indelivered on Tuesday. The political contributor of the Daily Telegraph predics that there will bo no change in the standard rate of income tax, but slight changes in allowances, with a reduction of the beer tax and a reimposition of the import duty on tea'of <ld a lb.
