Perkins, of the Zion Congregational Church, Hulme, as a common informer, has issued a writ against William Milward, manager of the Manchester Stadium, and Councillor L. B. Cox, master of ceremonies, in connection with recent bouts on Sundays. Mr. 1 erkins is claiming £IOOO from Milward and £SOO from Cox. Th c action will be defended.
