LEADERSHIP OF PARTY. CHANCE THOUGHT LIKELY. LONDON. March 27. The Wakefield Labour Party's adoption of the former Minister of Health, Mr. Arthur Greenwood, as its candidate blithe impending by-election, suggests an intention to displace Mr. George Lansbnry from the leadership of the Labour Tarty in favour of Mr. Greenwood.
