LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
ALLEGED WEAKNESS. FRENCH PREMIER'S OPINION. PARIS, March 25. In discussing the foreign affairs Budget, which the Senate approved, the Prime Minister, M. Tardieu, said the League of Nations had displayed unexpected weakness in handling the Manchurian situation.
" The League's weakness must be repaired," said M. Tardieu. "It is necessary to reinforce it urgently;- Its weakness justifies tho French arms thesis."
