ANTI-JAPANESE PARADE. ■ ' CONFLICT AT WASHINGTON. (Received March 27, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON. March 26. A score of liadicals who tried to parade pact tlie Japanese Embassy in Washington to-day were arrested by tbo police after & fierce but brief encounter, in which fists, clubs and "black jacks" were used freely. Ihe fighting broke out when a group led V a girl started to walk past the Embassy with banners on which were phrases denouncing Japanese Imperialism. In a few minutes the demonstrators were under arrest. Two or three policemen were injured several of .the demonstrators received founds on their .heads.
