WELLINGTON TRIBUTE. In the course of his survey of the past V'?ar's port activities, the chairman oi the y» T ellington Harbour Board, ->lr. C. J. 8.Norwood, referred to the retirement of Captain J. E. Dawson from the post of harbourmaster.
