A prominent member of the local Communist party has been expelled from the Christchurch Returned Soldiers' Association and has appealed to the Dominion executive against this action, which he declares was unconstitutional and a miscarriage of justice. 'lhe association says that it took action because of the man's activities as a Communist and his refusal to express loyalty to King and Empire.
