FREAK FASHIONS.
At Burlington House, writes a Londoner, I saw several women wearing the new handcuff bracelets made of iron.' They are worn with necklaces ,of iron chains and are rather alarming.
More pleasing is the gay new fashion of wearing curls of green, pink or mauve real hair on a beret or turban. The colour of the hair matches tho colour of the nails, and I have seen green curls worn by a woman who had green varnished nails to match her emerald rings. >•
