The FACTORY, which is being erected to treat the PASSION FRUIT JUICE for export, will PRESERVE THE JUICE INDEFINITELY, Under this Process the grower sells direct to the Factory^ and ABSOLUTELY AVOIDS ALL MARKETING TROUBLES AND COSTS. (See particulars in Circular.) Growers can, on the other hand, if they so desire, have their fruit treated for shipment, and ship on their own account. But, without a Factory, the passion fruit grower would be as helpless as the dairyman without his Factory. It is the crux of the whole position. TOWN SITE, KERIKERI CENTRAL. At the intersection of the main Kerikeri Road "and Wellington Road, opposite the present business centre of the new Settlement, a small TOWN SITE has been laid off under Town Planning regulations.
