LIQUOR AFTER HOURS.
LICENSEE FINED £3. A plea of guilty was entered by Edward A. Wilson, licensee of the Albany Hotel, when bo was charged before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in tho Police Court yesterday with selling liquor after closing hours. Constable Woods said the hotel had been conducted in an extremely good manner by Wilson, and his view was supported by Detective-Sergeant Kelly. Counsel stated that Wilson had to meet a high rental, and the offence was a con-
sequence. A fine rif £3 was imposed. Alfred Ponahoc, Harold Ingham and George Palmer were each fined ill for being unlawfully on tho premises.
