FIRST CARGO TO BENEFIT. DOMINION DAIRY PRODUCE. (Received February 20, 12.15 a.tn.) LONDON*. Feb. 23. The first ship to discharge Empire dairy produce under Imperial preference conditions—the Shaw-Savill steamer Tairoa — has arrived in the Thames with butter and cheese from New Zealand valued at £205.000. The Pakeha is expected on Monday.
