DANCE AT TE HOE.
The To Hoe Tennis Club held a most successful dance in the Te Hoe ITall last week. The hall was decorated with gailycoloured streamers and many visitors were present from other districts. Among those present were:—Mrs. Hill, who wore blue crepe de chine; Mrs. Patten, peach georgette; Mrs. Howard (Huntly), floral silk: Miss H. Cuff, kirig-fisher-blue crepe de chine; Miss 0. Baucke, lemon sprigged taffeta; Miss M. Miles, green silk lace; Miss T. Green, white satin; Miss P. Le Heron, cerise satin beaute: Miss B. Hill, pink taffeta; Miss J. McTniyre,. blue satin; Miss E. Mclntyre, pink taffeta; Miss D. Dtinstan, sea-green crepe de chine; Miss Fitness (Waitcrimu), mauve lace; Miss Roycroft. red crepe de chine; Miss M. Scott, white silk; Miss F. Bramley, peach crepe de chine; Miss E. Jones, apricot georgette; Miss D. Bramley, pink taffeta; Miss G. Bramley, midnighfVblue satin; Miss M. Wallace (Ohinewai), floral georgette; AT iss G. Gwilliams, green silk laeo; Miss G. Jones, applegreen georgette; Miss M. Catlev (Orini), hiack crepe do chine; Miss A. Stevenson (Orini), floral georgette; Miss T. Howard (Huntly), black lace; Miss P. Blair (Huntly), peach satin; Miss H. Hancock (Huntly), black satin; Miss E. Howard (Huntly), floral taffeta; Miss B. McGregor (Masterton), blue satin; Miss B. Whorskey (Huntly), black satin and net. The Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss M. Scott and Mr. Scott and the spot waltz by Miss G. Gwilliams and Mr. 8.. Waterhouse. Extras were played by Miss Cuff and Miss Wallace.
