MINERS AT THE PALACE. (Received February 2G. G. 5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Feb. 25. Nineteen miners who had worked for nine hours in great danger to rescue a fellow-miner were decorated with the Edward Medal by the King at a private investiture .at Buckingham Palace to-day.
