HATS FOR 1932.
The soft felt hat for men seems more popular than ever, especially when it has that flexible brim which can be turned down at a " rakish " angle, says a Londoner. A hatter tells me that some of the felts this year will be in shades of green, though he thinks their reception is doubtful, and the black soft hats will be fashionable again. But the majority will be in dark brown, fawn and, when the days get brighter, shades of grey.
