Notice is hereby given that the Auckland Transport Board (as Metropolitan Licensing Authority for the Auckland Transport District). will meet in the Boardroom, 34, Customs Street West, Auckland, on TUESDAY, March 8. 1932, at 11 a.m., to consider applications which have been received in connection with Passenger Services. At the meeting referred to. evidence and representations in favour of, or against, the applications will bo received, and the Secretary should be advised immediately of the names and addresses of any propo'sed witnesses, and in what capacity they will give evidence; any written representations should also bo sent to him at the earliest possible date. (2) PASSENGER TRANSPORT CO., LTD. —For cancellation of a license (at present in force) authorising the conduct of a passenger servico between Mania Rond (Ellerslie) and Auckland, via Bella Street, Panmure Road, and other roads and streets (subject to the grant of (1) above.) (3) PASSENGER TRANSPORT CO., LTD. For a license to conduct a passenger service between Fanmure Bridgo and Auckland. (•!) L. W. G.
