WOMEN TEACHERS.
BILL IN NEW SOUTH WALES. PROPOSED DISMISSALS. , The New South Wales Government proposes (o introduce legislation to retrench married women teachers whoso husbands are in employment. A bill is now being drafted which provides that the Government may dismiss from the service women teachers whose husbands are in receipt of more than £6 a week. Jt .is slated that about 500 women teachers will bo dismissed as the result of this legislation.
