A small area of about 11 acres is also situated almost opposite the saleyards at Waitakaruru and has on it some small buildings formerly used as a butcher's shop, etc. The area of 200 acres consists of about 110 acres of hill country to the south-west of tho road and about 90 acres of flat land to the north-east of the road. The (125 odd acres is bisected by a main road. It is fenced and drained. Part of it is in English grass and part in native grass. There aro no buildings on the southern part, but there is one shed in which a man lives on the northern part.
