Subject to Part XIII. of "The Land Act, 1908," and Section 74 of "TJae Native Land Amendment Act. 1913"; and Fifthly, all that piece of land containing Fifteen Acres, One Rood, Thirtytwo Perches, more or less, being the Block situated in the Wharekawa Survey District culled Waitakaruru Number 2A3, Block originally acquired by Ahereta Wnata and others on the 3rd day of March, 1914. and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title registered in Volume 338, Folio 32, of the said Register Book, Subject to Part XIII. of "The Land Act, 1908." and Section 74, of "The Native Land Amendment Act, 1913," and Subject also to Memorandum of Lease Number 8005 and also to Order in Council Number 4740 referred to in the land Firstly above described. A small area of some 15 acres is situated near the sale yards at Waitakaruru and is suitable for use as holding paddocks, but is subject to Lease Number 8005 to Natives for twenty-ono years from the 4th day of August, 1915. A small area of about 11 acres is also situated almost opposite the saleyards at Waitakaruru and has on it some small buildings formerly used as a butcher's shop, etc. The area of 200 acres consists of about 110 acres of hill country to the south-west of tho road and about 90 acres of flat land to the north-east of the road. The (125 odd acres is bisected by a main road. It is fenced and drained. Part of it is in English grass and part in native grass. There aro no buildings on the southern part, but there is one shed in which a man lives on the northern part. The Mortgagee's application containing her estimate of the value may bo inspected at the office of the Registrar of tho Supreme Court at Auckland during offico hours and a c.opy mriy be seen at the Auction Mart on the day of the sale without payment of any fee.
