REGATTA AT NORTHCOTE, ANNUAL FIXTURE TO-MORROW, ENTRIES AND HANDICAPS. The annual Northcote and Birkenhe?<<l regatta will be hold to-morrow afternoon. The Auckland Harbour Board's launch Orere will be the flagship and will be moored at the entrance. to. Little Shoal Bay, between Birkenhead and Northcote. The patron,-Rear-Admiral Blake, has expressed regret that he will be unable to attend the re- . gatta, owing" to the departure for Australia' of H.M.S. Diomede.
