STONE AS CRICKET BALL.
PLAYER'S SKULL FRACTURED.
Esmond Hartley, aged 18 years, of West Footscray, Melbourne, was struck ©n the head by a stone when playing cricket on a vacant allotment near his home recently. The stone was being used as a bally Hartley was admitted to hospital with a depressed fracture of the skull.
