A SUCCESSFUL YEAR. [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] I[A MTLTON, Thursd» y. A healthy financial position was reported nt. the nnnuai meeting of the Hamilton Gun Club on Tuesday ovening. Mr. I'. R. Seddon presided. . It was stilted that tho membership had been well maintained, and that the competitions had been particularly well patronised, Tho Now Zealand championships hud been held by the club last year and had attracted many entries. Tho report and balance-sheet werei adopted. The election of officers resulted:— President. Mr. F. R. Seddon; vioe-prosulents, Messrs. W. J. Ait.ken. ,T. Shepherd, A\. Percival, G. Peach, W. Howe. IT. ■ Burch: secretary, Mr. W. 11. Allen; handicapper, Mr. C. Seddon; club referee. Mr. W. J. Aitken; committee, Messrs. T. Glenn, C, Seddon, G. Thrupp, 11. Earle, E. O'Kane, W. J. McMikcn.
