STRANDED STEAMER.
NORTHERN FIRTH'S CARGO. QUESTION OF SALVAGE. SYDNEY. Feb. 23. The inter-State freighter Northern Firth is still fast on the rocks on Brash Island, near Jervis Bay. Her holds are filled with water. The underwriters are considering whether an attempt shall be made to salvage the cargo of 1800 tons of merchandise.
