ADJOURNMENT OF CASE.
WITNESS IN GRAVE CONDITION

An adjournment until the May sessions was granted by Mr. Justice Smith in the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day in the case in which Edith Amy Gerraty. aged 60, was charged with the illegal use of an instrument.
His. Honor said the woman upon whom it was alleged accused had operated was in a very grave condition and that another ■ charge might be preferred. Accused was admitted to bail in hei own recognisance of £SOO, with two sureties of £SO each. She was ordered to report weekly to the police at Thames
