"There are only fivp indictments to be. presented for your consideration," said Mr. Justice Smith at. the opening of the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day in his address to the Grand Jjry. His Honor added that the number represented only a moderate list for the size of the Hamilton district. True bills were returned in evefy case.
