GERMAN SUPER TARIFF.
TRADE TREATIES WANTED. BERLIN, Feb. 21. Germany's proposed new " super tariff " is described as being aimed at Australia and other countries whose rates are prohibitive. The objective is to force theso countries into a commercial agreement with Germany. The right to apply the tariff was conferred by an emergency decree on January 18.
