GERMAN PRESIDENCY.
FIGHTING AT DUSSELDORF. HERR HITLER'S FIERY SPEECH. BERLIN. Feb. 18. Five Nazis wore wounded in revolver fighting between Nazis and Communists in the streets of Dusseldorf. More than 100 people wera arrested. The trouble occurred after Herr Hitler, leader ofthe Nazis, had launched his Presidential campaign in a fiery speech to 10,000 listeners. He spoke for two hours. In the course of his remarks Herr Hitler said: "Germany to-day is a land of poverty, . misery and oppression, but March 13 (election day) will see Germany great, mighty glorious and free.."
