MESSENGER ROBBED.
CRIME AT WINNIPEG. THIEVES SECURE OVER £2OOO. WINNIPEG, Feb. 17. A daring robbery was committed at the door of Parliament House to-day. Mr. George Ridd, a messenger employed in the building was held up and beaten by three armed men and robbed of £2200.
